Goa Portuguesa was launched on 3rd Dec 1988 that presented India’s own Paradise on a Platter”. Goa, India’s 25th state is well-known the world-over as “India’s own Paradise”. It’s very popular not only for its fun & frolic lifestyle and beaches, but also for its cuisine, that in turn is a delicious combination of Goan & Portuguese cuisines. Over the years, this cuisine has blended so well, that Goan food has become a rage across the globe.

A few of the famous dishes served are: Jack steak (chicken/fish) chicken breast cooked in Portuguese brown sauce and sauted vegetable.
The next very famous item included is Lobster Goa Portuguesa which is made of Lobster seasoned in red wine, cooked in red masala and then garnished.
The third item included is Chicken Rolade which is made of breast pieces of chicken, stuffed with bacon, mushroom and cooked in cheese based sauce.
