Shiv Holistic Yoga Pvt. Ltd. is a research oriented company founded by Shiv Kumar Mishra to impart Yogic training to all nationalities and aims to become the focal point for a mass return to the ancient science of Yoga. As a Yoga Training Company, it provides trained Yoga Trainers for conducting classes, workshops, seminars, conventions, i.e. Yoga on site to students all over Mumbai. It has concrete plans to cover metros like Delhi, Chennai, Calcutta, etc.

It aims to provide an accurate assessment of yoga practices within a scientific framework and establish yoga as an essential science for the development of mankind. It has created a unique system of teaching by blending various aspects of yoga viz., Surya namaskars, asanas, mudras, bandhas, pranayams , meditation and deep relaxation techniques of Yoga Nidra; in appropriate proportions, in its grueling hour-and-a-half-long practical sessions.

Internal cleansing system of the body called as Shuddhi Kriyas like jalneti, sutraneti, vaman dhouti etc. are also included in the curriculum for the students. Warm Yoga, Power Yoga, Passion Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Asthanga Yoga are their specialties.

It offer services like Yoga @ Home, Corporate Yoga, Yoga for Foreigners, Yoga Kits, Therapy Yoga, Yoga for Children and Yoga for Senior Citizen.
