It conducts activities like:
Tai Chi: It is conducted by Sifu Carlton Hill. He is skilled in numerous Arts such as Kick Boxing, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Karate and Self Defense.
Tibetan Meditation: It includes various meditation techniques of the Tibetan Buddhists. By this one can gain greater vitality, mental alertness and health but most importantly the inner treasure of peace.
Aerobics: It is a low impact body toning exercise guaranteed to reduce weight and increase muscle tone conducted by Bhagyashree.
Yoga: Hatha Yoga is taught by the expert teachers: Keshav Shenoy and Shanti Sivaraman.
Dance: Current dance courses on offer are Salsa, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Jazz and Jive.
